What is Réseau Solidarité Itinérance du Québec?

RSIQ is a coalition of 250 agencies working daily with homeless people or those at risk of homelessness in 12 areas throughout the Province of Quebec.

OUR MISSION:
to improve the living conditions of persons who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless;
to expand knowledge about homelessness in order to better evaluate and control it;
to advocate universal rights regarding issues of social integration and citizen participation;
to reduce poverty growth by promoting solutions that address the causes and effects that leave persons who are already excluded vulnerable.

OUR MEANS OF ACTION:
campaigns,
advocacy,
public and media events,
& forums.

We are doing activism both at provincial federal levels.
